We’ll be starting up confirmation this month! Here are the dates we will be meeting in November and December, and we’ll take a break for the holidays. We’ll start back up on Sunday, January 8th. Pastor Kelsey’s hope is that we will meet two Sundays a month after church for about an hour (with lunch provided), and one Wednesday per month. We will also work in some volunteer opportunities and other special events.

Confirmation is particularly geared towards those students who are thinking they would like to officially join the church as members and confirm their baptism. That being said, Pastor Kelsey was asked if other youth, like those who went through confirmation in spring 2020, might be allowed to join, and that answer is YES. We will dedicate the Wednesday evening sessions specifically towards confirmation, but if other youth (6th grade & up) would like to join the sessions on Sundays after church, they are more than welcome.

Confirmation Sunday will either be the last Sunday in May or first Sunday in April. We have some school trips to work around, so please let Pastor Kelsey know if one of those dates works better for you.
